How does Honeybee connect to WooCommerce?

We connect to your WordPress site via the WooCommerce REST API. Orders sync into our WMS automatically, inventory levels write back to WooCommerce in real time, and shipping tracking writes back to each order so customers receive the standard WooCommerce shipped notification.

Do I need to install a WooCommerce plugin?

No additional plugin is required for the standard integration. We use the built-in WooCommerce REST API with an authenticated API key. If you're using a custom checkout flow or non-standard fulfillment plugin, your account manager will walk through the configuration during onboarding.

How fast do WooCommerce orders ship?

Orders received before 10:30 AM CT ship the same business day. Orders after 10:30 AM CT ship next business day. Tracking writes back to WooCommerce when the label prints.

Can you use my custom branded packaging on WooCommerce orders?

Yes. That's the default for every brand we onboard. Send us your mailers, tissue, ribbon, inserts, and stickers. We store them on-site and apply them on every order. We don't design packaging in-house, but we honor and apply what you've produced.

How much does WooCommerce fulfillment cost?
