Monthly order volume
Number of orders shipped per month. Larger volume earns a lower per-order rate — quoted explicitly, not hidden.
We quote per account after a 15-minute discovery call — so your pricing is actually built for your SKU mix, packaging, and channels, not pulled off a generic tier sheet. One business day from call to quote.
A short list. Each one is a thing we've watched other 3PLs get wrong — and that we refuse to do.
Five things. We surface all five in your quote so you can see exactly what you're paying for — and where to optimize.
Number of orders shipped per month. Larger volume earns a lower per-order rate — quoted explicitly, not hidden.
How many SKUs and how many components per order. A single-SKU order vs. a 5-component bundle changes pick time.
Cubic feet of inventory held. Quoted per pallet, per shelf, or per bin depending on your SKU mix.
Standard mailer vs. branded mailer + tissue + ribbon + insert + sticker. Bundled into your pick-and-pack rate.
Where your customers live. Shipping is passed through at carrier cost — no markup. Your zone mix is part of the quote so you see real-world transit cost.
FBA prep priced per unit, bundled. LTL freight to Amazon FCs passed through at carrier cost.
Pricing is quoted per account after a 15-minute discovery call. We scope your SKU mix, monthly order volume, storage footprint, packaging, and channels — then send a clear quote within one business day. No hidden volume tiers, no surprise peak surcharges, no long-term storage gotchas.
Five things: monthly order volume, SKU count and complexity (how many components per order), storage footprint (cubic feet of inventory held), packaging complexity (number of inserts and pack-out steps), and outbound shipping zone mix. We surface all five in the quote so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
No setup fee. Onboarding is included — your account manager handles SKU mapping, integration setup, test orders, and the first inbound at no extra charge. Most brands go from first call to first shipment in under two weeks.
No. Branded packaging application is bundled into your per-order pick-and-pack rate. Inserts, stickers, ribbon, tissue — applied as part of standard pack-out. Unusually large inserts or unusually complex pack sequences are priced into your quote up front.
No surprise surcharges. If we know in advance that a peak campaign will need extra shifts or rush prep, your account manager scopes it into the quote up front. Same-day shipping cutoff stays at 2pm Central all year. We do not add Q4 or holiday surcharges to your per-order rate.
300 orders per month minimum. Below that, we'll refer you to a smaller 3PL. There's no fixed-term contract — accounts run month-to-month so you can leave with notice if Honeybee isn't working out (we'll coordinate the handoff so nothing drops).
FBA prep is quoted per unit, bundled — not per sticker or per polybag. Your quote includes FNSKU, polybag (where required), suffocation warnings, expiration relabeling, case packing, and palletizing. LTL freight to Amazon fulfillment centers is passed through at carrier cost. See Amazon FBA prep.
