How much does Honeybee Fulfillment cost?

Published rates: Amazon FBA prep is $1 per unit. Amazon FBM (multi-platform) fulfillment is $2 per order. Setup fee is $0. No order minimums for FBA prep. We publish these rates because most 3PLs hide them — no hidden volume tiers, no surprise peak surcharges, no long-term storage gotchas.

What does the $1 per unit FBA prep rate include?

All-in: receive and inspect inbound, FNSKU labeling, polybagging (where required), suffocation warnings, bundling, expiration date verification and relabeling, case packing, palletizing, and shipping via Amazon Partnered Carriers within 24 to 48 hours of inbound receipt. No per-sticker, per-polybag, or per-label add-ons. LTL freight to Amazon fulfillment centers is passed through at carrier cost. See Amazon FBA prep for the full spec.

What does the $2 per order FBM fulfillment rate include?

Pick, pack, and ship for Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, TikTok Shop, and eBay. Branded packaging applied (mailers, tissue, inserts, stickers — whatever you've sent us). Real-time order sync, tracking written back to your store, returns handling, and daily shipping photos. Same-day shipping cutoff at 10:30 AM CT.

Is there a setup fee or onboarding fee?

No setup fee. $0. Onboarding is included — your account manager handles SKU mapping, integration setup, test orders, and the first inbound at no extra charge. Most brands go from first call to first shipment in under two weeks.

Do you charge per insert, sticker, or ribbon-tie?

No. Branded packaging application is bundled into your $2 per-order rate. Inserts, stickers, ribbon, tissue — applied as part of standard pack-out. Unusually large inserts or unusually complex pack sequences are quoted up front before any work starts.

Are there peak season surcharges?

No surprise surcharges. Same-day shipping cutoff stays at 10:30 AM CT all year. We do not add Q4 or holiday surcharges to your per-order rate. If a peak campaign needs scoped extra shifts or rush prep, that's flagged in writing before any work starts.

Is there a minimum monthly commitment?

For Amazon FBA prep: no minimums. Start at any volume. For DTC ecommerce fulfillment (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce), the floor is 300 orders per month — meaningfully lower than most major 3PLs. No fixed-term contract — accounts run month-to-month so you can leave with notice.

Why publish your rates instead of quoting per account?

Because most 3PLs hide pricing behind discovery calls and inquiry funnels, and Amazon FBA prep clients especially run on tight margins. Publishing the rates lets you decide if Honeybee is a fit before you ever talk to us. The transparency is the marketing.
