Honeybee Fulfillment is a third-party logistics and Amazon FBA prep provider operated by RYK Freight Express LLC, a Texas limited liability company, with a business address of 6309 San Marino Dr, Rowlett, TX 75089.
We provide order fulfillment, Amazon FBA prep, kitting and bundling, application of client-produced branded packaging, warehousing, and related logistics services. The specific scope, pricing, and terms for paid services are set out in the separate service agreement you enter into with us. If anything in your signed service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement controls for that engagement.
Our services are intended for businesses. By using them you represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.
Published rates on our website (such as our Amazon FBA prep and fulfillment rates) reflect standard pricing and may change over time. Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted to reflect actual volumes, dimensions, services, and carrier costs. Payment terms, fees, and any applicable surcharges are set out in your service agreement or invoices and are due as stated there.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials.
By contacting us or providing your phone number, you agree that we may communicate with you by email, phone, and. Where you have opted in. Text message, regarding your quote, onboarding, account, and the operation of your fulfillment.

Our total liability for any claim is limited as set out in your service agreement, or, where no such agreement applies, to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Honeybee from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your products, your use of the services, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the website or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
