From monthly subscription drops to one-shot PR pushes, we assemble the whole range. Same warehouse, same packers, same brand-experience standard.

How kitting at Honeybee actually works.

• Components in. Send us your products, packaging, inserts, and any custom collateral. We receive, count, photograph, and rack by SKU.
• Bill of materials. Your account manager builds a kit BOM with you — every component, every quantity, every placement note (this insert goes on top, ribbon goes around the box, etc).
• Test build. We assemble a sample kit and send you photos for sign-off before the full campaign runs. No surprises on packout day.
• Assembly wave. The team builds the campaign against your ship date — small drops same-day, large drops over a coordinated 2–5 day wave.
• Tender & track. Whole campaign tenders to the carrier together. You get a per-shipment manifest and photo proof of the build.

• Bundled per-kit pricing. One per-unit assembly rate based on SKU count, complexity, and volume. Not per sticker, per insert, per ribbon-tie.
• Same team that packs your DTC orders. The same packers who treat your daily orders with brand care assemble your kits — not a separate "kitting team" with different standards.
• Photo proof. Every campaign gets a sample-build photo for sign-off, and daily photos during the assembly wave. You see what's leaving before it leaves.
• No "kit" minimums in the bad sense. 300-unit drops are welcome. Most kitting houses force you into 1,000+. We don't.
