Branded packaging, applied · Plano, TX

Your packaging — applied with care — on every single order.

Every box that ships is your brand's first physical impression. We store your custom mailers, tissue, ribbon, inserts, and stickers on-site and apply them on every order — because the unboxing is the second ad.

The honest scope: we apply, we don't design.

A lot of 3PLs blur this line. We don't. Here's exactly what we do — and what we don't.

What Honeybee does: Stores your branded packaging on-site. Applies it to every order — mailers, tissue, ribbon, inserts, stickers, custom-printed boxes, kraft swaps, personalized notes. Tags components to specific SKUs or campaigns. Photographs packouts so you see what's leaving.

What Honeybee does not do (today): Design packaging in-house. We don't run a creative studio. If you need someone to design your mailer, your tissue, or your insert card, you'll work with a packaging designer or printer — and once it's produced, we'll apply it. We're happy to refer designers we like.

How branded packaging works at Honeybee.

  • You send it in. Ship your branded packaging to our Plano warehouse with a packing list — one SKU per packaging type. Mailers, tissue, ribbon, inserts, stickers, custom-printed boxes.
  • We receive and rack. Every packaging SKU gets received, counted, photographed, and racked on its own location. You get real-time stock levels so you know when to reorder from your printer.
  • Pack-out rules. Your account manager builds a packout rule with you: which packaging applies to which SKU, which channel, which season, which campaign. Holiday tissue on November–December orders. Recipient-personalized cards on PR drops. Channel-specific inserts.
  • First-run sign-off. Before the full run, we pack a sample order and photograph it. You sign off on placement, fold, ribbon-tie, sticker location.
  • Apply on every order. From there, your packaging is applied on every shipment. No "branded only above a certain order value" — every order, every time.
  • Photo proof. Daily photos from the floor on representative orders. You always see what your brand looks like leaving the dock.

What we'll apply.

Why brands trust Honeybee with the unboxing experience.

  • Pack-out is part of the brand. The same packers who treat your daily orders with care apply your branded packaging. There is no "premium pack" tier and "regular pack" tier — everyone gets the brand-experience standard.
  • No surprise sticker fees. Application is bundled into your per-order pick-and-pack rate. Inserts, stickers, ribbon-ties — not nickel-and-dimed.
  • Photo proof from the floor. First-run packouts get photographed and sent for sign-off. Daily photo updates show your branded packouts going out the door.
  • Inventory visibility on every component. Your packaging SKUs sit in your inventory dashboard right next to your products. Low-stock alerts when ribbon runs low.
  • Designed for ecommerce brands. 300 orders/month minimum, scaling to tens of thousands per week. The brand-experience care doesn't drop at scale.

Branded packaging questions.

Do you design branded packaging?

No. Honeybee does not design packaging in-house. What we do is store and apply the branded packaging you've already produced — mailers, tissue, ribbon, inserts, stickers — on every order. If you need a packaging designer, we're happy to refer one.

What kinds of packaging will you apply?

Custom-printed mailers and boxes, tissue paper, ribbon, twine, branded tape, vinyl stickers, thank-you cards, postcards, brand inserts, sample inserts, free-gift inserts, recipient-personalized notes for PR drops, and recyclable / kraft packaging swaps. If your brand has produced it, we'll apply it.

How do I send my packaging to Honeybee?

Ship inbound to our Plano, TX warehouse with a packing list. We receive, count, photograph, and rack each packaging SKU separately. You'll see real-time stock levels of each packaging component in your account so you know when to reorder from your printer.

What does it cost to have my branded packaging applied?

Application is bundled into your per-order pick-and-pack rate, not charged per-insert or per-sticker. Larger inserts or unusual packout sequences are priced into your quote up front. No surprise sticker fees.

Can I run different packaging for different SKUs or campaigns?

Yes. We tag packaging components to specific SKUs, channels, or campaigns. Examples: holiday tissue on November–December orders, recipient-personalized cards on PR drops, channel-specific inserts on subscription kits. Your account manager helps define the rule set.

Will you photograph my packaging being applied?

Yes. Every brand we onboard gets daily photo updates from the warehouse — including shots of branded packouts on representative orders, especially for first runs, campaign launches, and seasonal swaps. The same care that goes into your unboxing goes into showing you proof.
