Every prep step Amazon requires, plus the ones they don't tell you about until your shipment gets stuck at receive. We follow Amazon's spec to the letter, then add the care that keeps your account out of compliance jail.

FNSKU labeling

Every unit labeled with the correct FNSKU, applied flat, scannable, and never covering the existing barcode.

Polybagging

1.5 mil and 4 mil polybags with required suffocation warnings on bags 5"x5" or larger. Apparel, soft goods, fragile.

Bundling for FBA

Multi-pack ASINs assembled and sealed as a single sellable unit. "Sold as set" stickers where required.

Expiration verification

For consumables: date verification, MM/DD/YYYY relabeling per Amazon's spec, FIFO inventory rotation.

Case packing

Cartons packed to your ASIN's case-pack qty, weight under 50 lbs, labeled with shipment ID and FNSKU.

How FBA prep onboarding works.

Same onboarding flow as our DTC fulfillment — most brands go from first call to first FBA pallet out the door in under two weeks.

  • Discovery call. 15 minutes. Bring your ASIN list, monthly velocity, and current prep workflow. We confirm fit and what we need to handle.
  • Inventory inbound. Ship units to our Plano warehouse — unprepped is fine. We unbox, count, photograph, and rack.
  • First prep batch. We connect to your Seller Central, pull your inbound plans, and start prep against your shipment plan within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Ongoing. Create a shipment plan in Seller Central, message your account manager, and we'll prep and tender. No portal handoffs.

What's included in Honeybee's Amazon FBA prep?

FNSKU labeling, polybagging (1.5 mil and 4 mil where required), suffocation warnings, bundling for multi-pack ASINs, expiration date verification and labeling, fragile / oversize prep, case packing to Amazon's case-pack rules, palletizing to Amazon's pallet specs, and booking the inbound shipment directly into Seller Central.

How fast do FBA pallets tender to the carrier?

Most FBA pallets tender within 24 to 48 hours of inbound receipt at our Plano warehouse. Rush prep is available on request — message your account manager and we'll prioritize the shipment same-day.

Can you handle FBA prep and DTC fulfillment under the same roof?

Yes — that's the whole point of Honeybee. Same inventory, same warehouse, same account manager. We can split your inventory between FBA-bound and DTC-bound, and shift the ratio as Amazon's velocity changes.

Do you do hazmat or restricted FBA prep?

We handle most non-hazmat restricted categories including supplements, beauty, and apparel. We do not handle ORM-D or fully regulated hazmat at this time. Your account manager will flag anything that requires Amazon-specific category approval up front.

Can you ship to multiple Amazon fulfillment centers?

Yes. Amazon's inbound plan routes inventory across multiple fulfillment centers (FCs). We palletize each FC shipment separately, label per Amazon's BOL requirements, and tender to your assigned carrier or our preferred LTL partners.

Is there a minimum volume for FBA prep?

Same 300 orders/month minimum as our DTC fulfillment, applied across your combined Honeybee volume (DTC + FBA prep units). Pure FBA-only accounts are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
