We run all of Honeybee out of a single warehouse in Plano, in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro. That's deliberate. No interstate transfers, no "let me check with the other warehouse," no SKUs drifting across regions. The DFW metro reaches most of the contiguous US in 2-day ground, without paying air rates.
